1988+ facelift of old "MQ/MK" Patrol ute (consisting of new grille, circular headlights, and new 4.2L engine from new GQ/Y60 Patrol). Interestingly, despite being based on the old [MK], this facelift adopted the [GQ] chassis code in Australia, along with the "all new" 3-door and 5-door wagons (which were really major overhauls of the previous generation). There was also a Ford Maverick version of this ute, but it was very rare. Information is hard to come by, but I believe this was replaced by the updated Y60 ute some time in 1992. -- Last edit: 2023-09-29 09:58:44 |
