 XK8? also seen them as XKR's and not sure the difference

 Seems as if it has a small rear spoiler on the trunk. So I would say XKR. Other characteristics are not visible, since they concern grill and hood. Wheels look like aftermarket.

 2Toenz: I doubt that. Not all Rs have such spoiler and the one on your picture is XKR 100 I believe. Anyway, this looks to me as 1996 XK8 Mk. I

 Actually I realized after some extra research it's a 2000 model by new wheels(MY2000) and Phoenix Red color(MY1999). Sorry.

XKR's have a wire mesh grille, like the XJR does. From the thumbnail this looks like just an XK8.
