 Probably genuine local vehicle from Fleetwood's Coastguard Rescue Team, operated from Poulton-le-Fylde. I know they had a Landie in the 1970s from a cross-reference to this Vanguards Imp VA26002

with Fleetwood Coastguard in Lancashire being issued with a Land Rover and passing their Hillman Imp (WLD 469G from 1968-69, so a newer version than the model livery) on to Knott-End Coastguard across the River Wyre from Fleetwood, maybe mid-late 70s.
