1986-1990 Classic. Any other photos to identify year for sure? -- Last edit: 2013-05-25 11:23:56 |

Yes, this grille for 1981-1985 Caprice Classic. Maybe, this car is 1986-1990 Caprice with 1981/1985 Caprice Classic grille. |

The grille is not original to the 1980-85 Caprice Classic clip ![]() The rest of the body, it could be 1986-89 Caprice Classic due to the seat belt at the B-piller. |

Grille looks like customised but base on 1981-1985 Classic. But I agree with your idea about 1986-1989. |

Neat Chevy Van-based motorhome in the background. |

It could be a 1986 Caprice with a replacement grille. |

I'd say 1986-1989 Caprice Classic with 1980-1985 front clip and replacement grille. |

It's definitely a 1986-1989 Caprice Classic. The older Caprice Classics had a different side mirror design. |

![]() It has a Caprice Classic badge in a scene : ![]() (but not in the main picture above...) |

They refuel with a green-handled pump, so I thought it might be a Caprice diesel (rather rare nowadays). Green is a common handle color for diesel pumps in many states, but there's no national standard. Alas, checking Google Maps, it's a BP station with their pesky green gasoline pumps! http://goo.gl/maps/3XQl0 -- Last edit: 2013-08-25 03:03:29 |
