@blue thunder: are you sure with the reliability? As I've heard, the K-Cars were the start-up for the most disastrous times about unreliability and reputation-destroying of Chrysler USA. Chrysler Europe was faster, more than 10 years earlier. |

@ingo: He really is correct. They are not half as bad as the cars that were about to follow (AA-platform, JA-plaform). Maybe in the long run they didn't do Chrysler Corporation much of a favour because a) they produced too many variants of it (just think of the overprized versions with the stretched wheelbase) and b) these relatively small cars made the customer compare them with Japanese cars. |
