From what was said there: /vehicle_52933-AM-General-DJ-5-Dispatcher.html it is rather AM General... |

So then, what we do with /vehicles_make-Jeep_model-DJ-5A+Dispatcher.html ? |

This is a Jeep DJ-5 not an AM General (AM Generals have AM General stamped on the tailgate) The DJ-5 was sold under the Jeep marque until the Jeep civillian and Jeep comercial/military lines were seperated in 1971, which is when the AM General marque was established. -- Last edit: 2011-08-13 18:25:40 |

5-slot bulged grille + blinkers on the fenders = 1971-84 AM General model. Most probably an early model, due to the Jeep still stamped on the tailgate. |

Could this be as late as 1984 by the postal serial number? /vehicle_95846-AM-General-DJ-5-Dispatcher-1983.html |
