It took me a good half-hour of googling to find a match for those headlights, but I think this is as close as I can get.

Now, that page says it is a 1968 Chevrolet step van, but this indicates otherwise, it's actually a 1970 model.

But it doesn't have the right (round) turn signals, it has flattened rectangles.

I found some vans with something closer to that headlamp configuration, but no exact match, and the closest matches were actually after 1987, so that doesn't work.

My best guess: this is a standard Olsen body, and God only knows what's underneath and who put it there. A-team was filmed in southern California, and so my guess is this is a vehicle made in Mexico.

I love this site! Some serious Googling to be done here.

Don't you mean Olson rather than Olsen?
Then, do we list it as Grumman-Olson like some others on the site?

Identic van is listed as Boyertown - /vehicle_165589-Boyertown.html

(although I think, that it's not Boyertown ;) )

I'm willing to bet this is an ex-Hostess Cake truck, they were not as common as the one's they used with the 55 Ford truck grill but they came between those older one's and the more square Grumman Olson bodied trucks they started purchasing in the late 70's and into the 80's. All of the one's I have seen here in Southern California were on a Ford chassis, and a lot of those had four cylinder diesels. Next time I see one I'm going to try and see who the body manufacturer was, it may have been Williams as Wonder/Hostess/Di Carlo had a few Williamsen bodied step vans all on Ford chassis.
