In some cases that actually would be important as if this was a van, then it would have to be an E-350 Super Duty Type II ambulance. However, since it's a chassis cab ambulance, then it could either be an E-350 or an E-450. If it had single rear wheels (SRW), then it would automatically be an E-350 as well.
