This is the late (ca 1979) Simca 1307/1308 or very early Tabot 1510. This black bumpers, which were to meet in some of those late cars are still a mystery to me. They are not to see in any period brochure, I've seen (with exception of the Jubilee version ofc.).

Impossible to distinguish from this distance. Let alone that Talbot with this design was made only for a few months.

Don't be too focussed on that. It's not unlikely, that the owner got it from a junkyard. Or -not unlikely either- it was the only version, which was available at the Simca/Talbot-garage for a repair.

The grille and the colour looks Simca-ish for me, so I'd go for 1307.

Like I wrote, the very early Talbot 1510 was identical with the Simca 1307/08 etc. especially in German spec. with orange indicators. So Simca, but only because it is the default option.

Black bumpers were to meet also in quite young cars.
