Looks like somebody converted a 5-window coupé. Not sure who made the coupé but the side molding & rear window remind me of a mid-30s Willys.

I'd hesitate to suggest Willys as 1937/8 Willys Coupé Utes were 3-window. Most American and British models assembled in Australia had Coupé Utility versions.

The way the side molding curves downward suggests this is not a factory Ute but rather a home-brewed one. I think somebody cut the trunk and/or rumble seat off a stock 5-window coupé and put a box there instead.

After looking around a bit more, this seems to be a factory Ute after all! 1934 Dodge/Fargo:
