This is actually the most original shape of the Land Cruiser. Look for chassis code J4 ... we have got quite a few. This one looks like the FJ43 version. |

Seems I have to choose my words more carefully! ![]() The ancestor is the AK10 (1942), followed in 1951 by the BJ, then the J2 (1954) which for the first time got the name 'Land Cruiser', and J3 (1956) before the J4 arrived in 1960. With my comment I ment that the J4 is the model which made the Land Cruiser a recognised shape all over the world. It is like the Land-Rover Series II/IIa which I would call the most original shape. |
