With what is visible, it could be a : - 1958-59 Chevrolet Task-Force Apache 31, 32 or 36 (no Fleetside bed option for the 38 model); - 1959 GMC Blue Chip 100 or 150 (no Wide-Side bed option for the 250 pickup).
