ya know anyone who willingly destroys a classic car whould be dragged out into the middle of the street and stoned to death.

At that time it wasn't a classic but still it shouldn''t have been destroyed

The Dirty Mary, Crazy Larry movie came out in 1974, at the time this was just another 5-year-old car...how many of us wouldn't think twice about wrecking a 2001 or 2002 car in a movie? But 30 years from now our kids and grandkids will be saying "who willingly destroys a classic car like that? I wish they hadn't"

Im sure my grandkids will say the same thing about the charger from the 2007 series "drive" but that car will NEVER be as big a piece of muscle car history as a 69' is.

Weren't dozens of them destroyed in the latest Dukes of Hazzard movie? That WAS a waste.

it's this vehicle really /vehicle_2072-Dodge-Charger-R-T-1969.html stock footage used from that movie (the ending) maybe better to remove this entry ? it was only showed in the intro , not the show itself

One of my all time favourite cars, and look what happens to it.
Such a shame.
Just like all those wrecked in Dukes Of Hazzard.

Don't know which Hollywood takes a bigger toll on - cars or morals.

Sometimes you just gotta take it to the max... The clown was faster than Franklin and the cops... gets taken out by 10mph train. Was I the only person who lol on the first viewing?
