It looks a (CGI?) Mercedes C-Klasse [S204], with a piece of a microcar on it... -- Last edit: 2016-10-14 11:22:24 |

Why not a selfmade Camper? ![]() Like http://de.academic.ru/pictures/dewiki/77/Mercedes_strichacht_w_sst.jpg or http://www.wohnbusse.de/Galerie/Kurios/Seite_4/kur11.jpg or Link to "media.photobucket.com" Unfortunately I just cannot find pic of Campers, which have the cutted-off top of a VW Beetle or a Citroen 2CV as a higher roof. Always a rare sight, but sometimes to see in the 70ies and 80ies. If the conversion was done properly, it ws/still is legal in Germany. |

Why would they need a CGI car in this scene anyway? |

The scene takes place in an alternate parallel universe. In the alternate universe, they drive double decker cars, zepplins are still used (probably because the Hindenburg disaster didn't happen), and the World Trade Center was not destroyed on 9/11/01 (but the White House was destroyed and later rebuilt). The double decker car in this scene is an allusion to a double decker toy car seen in an earlier episode. ![]() -- Last edit: 2012-02-11 23:13:48 |

But all the other cars in this scene are normal...that episode was confusing! |
