 It's a 1999-2000.

2001 would have had hood-mounted wiper washer nozzles. 1998 Mark III conversions have 20th Anniversary badges on the lower door - which this doesn't have - but it's most definitely a Mark III conversion:

Without the badging, it's 1999-2000.
