G'day, This Land Rover belongs to me it is a 1969 Series 2A LWB 109" Ex Australian Army FFR (Fitted For Radio)Served in Vietnam and was used up until 1991 at Puckapunyl for Training. This scen was filmed at Avalon Airport in Melbourne for Season 4 of RUSH. cheers, Chris |

Hello Chris, I have always loved that 4WD type, there's just something about it that makes my jaws drop whenever i see one! I've been searching for quite a while now to get hold of one - infact i was inches close to buying one one time but it juust got sold before my reach. How did you get a hold of your's? and would you have any advice on how or where to get one? Would be Hugely thankful if you could help thanks |

G'day @The Landy Man, Join one of the Land Rover Clubs or Military Vehicle Clubs in your state and put a message in the monthly magazine or online forum that you are looking for one. Also look in the just trucks catalogue and ebay. There's still plenty of them around just takes time and bit of patience and you may dig up a bargain. Agree they are cool looking and versatile Vehicles! Also at the Auctions the ADF are selling off their LR 110 Perentie's if your after a later more recent vehicle. All the best! |
