I'd think that it should have extra lights infront of the grill, extra mirror on the passanger side, a small flasher on the front bumper close to the wheel arch. Also the font on the hood looks too small and narrow. It also seems to miss the call sign that would be seen on the front fender. The yellow fields is not of reflective type but those could have been alterd (if it was a real police vehicle) since it doesn't look good on film.
