 This is a Dongfeng EQ6110HEV hybrid bus, operated in Wuhan. This bus can be considered as an experiement to hybrid bus in China.
But the subtitle says Changsha. That is strange.

 Is the subtitle really related to the bus?

 It says “two km to Changsha”, but this bus can only be seen in Wuhan. These two cities are very close.
