It is a BX14RE Evasion, quite rare since it is the only version of the Break with the 1400cc engine, only sold in France. Identifiable from other breaks to the body colour around the windows and to the non existing roof bars... See: http://citf4.tripod.com/images/bxb14re03.jpg |

There were more models with such trim e.g. 14E, 19D: https://www.flickr.com/photos/xbxg/13412670215/in/photostream/ The car has the long "Evasion" badge, I've some suspicions that it was not used since beginning in facelifted cars. On this promo pic, dated for 1986, we see facelifted car without it. Here is 1987 car for sale and it already is badged as "Evasion", but unclear from what month of 1987 it is. Maybe MY 1988 modification? Or only very early "show cars" didn't have this badge... |
