Indeed, same DeLorean but different "DMC":
Quote
In 1978, John DeLorean purchased Thiokol's snow cat manufacturing business, and renamed it Logan Manufacturing Company, for its location of Logan, Utah. Logan Manufacturing became a division of DeLorean Manufacturing Company (DMC) and was usually referred to LMC.

This led to more confusion, because today LMC is a manufacturer of caravans...

I don't know, being the same DeLorean it is not bad having it listed as the same make.
DMC is the company, like for the DeLorean cars. Company name is not especially make name.

it's a different company however

the DMC 12 was Delorean MOTOR Company

this firm was Delorean MANUFACTURING Company here their story
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Logan_Machine_Company

Quote Following the sale, the business was reorganized as DeLorean Manufacturing Company, using the DMC brand on its products. Under DeLorean, DMC diversified into the production of airport tugs in the early 1980s, and also began contract manufacturing of metal components for home exercise machines.

After John DeLorean's more famous business, DeLorean Motor Company, collapsed in bankruptcy in late 1982, DeLorean Manufacturing was renamed Logan Manufacturing Company, doing business under the LMC brand, in an effort to distance it from DeLorean himself and his other troubles.
