Shuma in South Korea with that fascia. Sephia never had ‘bug eyes’.

Edit: loosely translated from Korean wiki:
Quote Kia Shuma is Sepia II's terrace hatchback type, developed with the aim of entering the specialty car market preoccupied by Hyundai Tiburon. Shuma, the second name, means'the best, the strongest' in Latin. Released on December 5, 1997, Shuma was also suspected of plagiarizing Toyota Celica (6th generation) due to twin headlamps. The engine was loaded with 1.5ℓ SOHC, 1.5ℓ DOHC, and 1.8ℓ DOHC, and it has also entered the motor sports world of Korea. It continued to sell after one year change, and on November 2, 2000, it was face lifted with the Spectra Wing. However, in China, the name of the Forte Coop and K3 Coop is Shuma Coop.

Don't reckon Shuma means "the best, the strongest" in Latin, Optima and Maxima (talking about cars' names) would have meant that  but, in Italian, Shuma sounds similar to a word meaning stupid, idiot :D (and it was sold here as Shuma)
