Has Impala taillights. |

But looks like a Caprice grille. |

Grille probably easier to replace than the rear taillight panel, so likely an Impala with a nose job.Possibly wrecked in a previous stunt and rebuilt with used parts to crash again. Taillights indicate 1979. |

After examining these thumbnails. I was able to determine that is 1978 Chevrolet Caprice Classic with 1979 Chevrolet Impala rear. This car does have Caprice Classic side trim. First thumbnail has damaged front sidemarker and the third thumbnail at the second row shows it has the Caprice Classic headlight/sidemarker assembly. Comments/Rebuttal? |

They probably crashed two cars to film the scene. The first thumbnail has a Caprice grill and the Impala sidemarker. Notice that it is not the Caprice wraparound light. I think the 4th thumb is the same car. Then there is the car with the Caprice sidemarker. Wouldn't be uncommon to have multiple takes. |

And thereby destroy multiple cars. |

Would you care to explain the Chevrolet Caprice Classic side trim with Impala taillights ![]() |
