I can only say sometime between 1990 to 2001. These "toast rack" Safari cars were factory built - not as I asked above an external conversion. After BMW bought the ZA L-R operation in 96 they moved production to the BMW factory at Rosslyn, and did 130" toast racks, so as a 110 this may well be pre-BMW. Rosslyn Landies received the BMW M52 2.8 petrol engine alongside the 300TDi, so may not have featured the same dateable bonnet sequence as UK builds |
