Is it Legacy Outback or just Outback? I do not know these models very well and the names do not seem clear  |

It is an Outback wagon (surelevated roof). Outback exist also in a sedan version too of the Legacy and in a Sport version (from the Impreza). These one is the first Outback, a 1996 2.5 wagon |
