But we have one (slightly blurred) on this site: /vehicle_272661-Renault-4CV-1947.html And here's a pic of a 1949 model from rené Bellu's book "Les voitures françaises des années 50": And another pic of a Swiss 1949 version on an Esso roadmap of Switzerland (here the small centrally located taillights were not allowed, and the big plate could not be placed under the light bar.
