As many ambulances at this time were coachbuilt on a choice of chassis this is probably a lost cause. |

Could it be an early Austin LD/Wandsworth? It isn't an Austin Welfarer because of the rounded rear quarters, nor is it a Daimler DC27 (which was my first guess) because of the tapered sides. |
