99 % sure it's an AM General M-35.

The SFOR94-sticker is rather a joke by the owner of this car, or were such old trucks really used there?

With a bit searching around, it's surely to find out, who has loaned this truck to the movie-makers.

Just in case anyone's thinking ISC 116D is a 1966 UK plate, I was never used as a first letter in a three letter group. LSC, MSC, NSC and TSC xxxD series were not issued, so it's not a UK designation.

Those are what the Army calls "bumper numbers."
The bumper numbers on this truck appear to indicate:
15C - 15th Cavalry Division
11BDE - 11th Brigade (the "E" appears to be hidden behind the chain)
HHC - Headquarters & Headquarters Company
11 - Vehicle Number/Convoy Position (may indicate 1st platoon, 1st vehicle)
