De moins en moins... Hello, les Roumains!!!!!

Yamaha perhaps?

Though it is not certain, fuel tank looks like 125cc MZ.

It's proably a BMW of some sort.

uhm ... XT with inverted forks?
That must be a 2-stroke ... very long suspension travel, beyond the usual "street enduro" ... Cagiva? Husqvarna?

If two stroke, then it is Not XT... Maybe Yamaha?

It's a Yamaha DT200 circa 1992 with custom "dress" (2stroke, short exhaust)

I'm thinking it might be a heavily disguised 2000 Honda XR650. It's the little details. The swingarm has an unusual 'pinched' design, it gets narrower towards the axle near the rear caliper. The little protective cover over the rear brake caliper and the disc shield under the swingarm.

Compare with the picture here: http://www.bikepics.com/pictures/645465/

Though they could've built an entirely custom bike using an XR swingarm assembly. The fairing is pretty unique, it could be a cheap replaceable dakar style race fairing if the bikes are going to be crashed in a chase scene. The exhaust has been moved down low also. And the frame looks different...... This is a toughie!!

Since this is a cheap made for DVD film, they probably didn't build a custom bike from scratch.

Like "Der Krusche" said - that one again... .
NO four-stroke, so no XT or NX or XR, not built from scratch.
I´d go with "pigpen", the fairing is interesting - could be from a 80 - or 125 cc- "racer" or aftermarket (more likely !), but it is definitely fitted on some not-too-old motocross-mare. Liquid-cooled, not too big, slapped together several times after - and only for - crashing, i would say....
Might have been born some Honda (CR ?) in the 80s or 90s - anyone still interested ?

As the one who identified the other one didn't identify this one as the same thing, I am not sure...
edit: and checking the pics, they are not identical

They aren't even similar. Except for the fairing.

This motorcycle is based on the HONDA CR250R 1997 - 1999 model.
And it also attached fairing of HONDA CBR1000F 1997 - 1998 model.
