At the time this episode was filmed, the Mustang is over 10 years old. It looks like it's in great shape, and well cared for. I'm not sure how it works in California, but if it's registered as a historic vehicle, then it might be exempt from emissions testing. |

Anything 1975 or older is smog-exempt and has been for a long time. But this one appears to still be registered and on the road! The California smog site shows its program area (the zip code where it's registered) as "Enhanced" instead of unknown, which means it's still on file. -- Last edit: 2024-07-08 02:33:12 |
