Yes; the city is American becuase its San Francisco, the triangular building in the back on the left is the TransAmerica building. The car in question is a PLymouth Reliant K |

IMO the architecture looks European, and especially does NOT look like the style in California.Of course,I failed to notice the transamerica building.And the white building in front of that looks a little like the apartments I saw from the Hong Kong airport. |
