That's an 83, because the tail lights are all red. 82 had amber in the middle upper portion, which was the only year they had amber, all the rest were red. But it's not an 84 because the side moldings and around the bumpers were wider in 84+. My parents had an identical car to the above photo, same color, just different wheels.
