I'm not 100% but I think this is a 1992 because of the body colored pillars. |

You're correct. I doubt it's a 9C1 as those are civilian wheel covers. |

I know, but look at the wheel covers. The spotlight could just as easily be an aftermarket item. My point is that I'm not sure which one it is exactly. |

I'd go with the wheel covers being aftermarket, but the police department this seems to be representing seems to be a small force. Probably a civilian Caprice with a spotlight added for police use. |

This part was shot on the Virgin Islands, So if it is an actual Police car, It would be from some police force located there most likely. |
