Three fakes on one pic - only the lady in front, Liz Mitchell, was a real singer. The others were just playback-doubles.  |

This is not correct! Marcia Barrett, the lady in white standing next to the building, did supporting vocals on most of their hits and many songs feature her as lead singer. Remember, for example, their hit Belfast? It was Marcia who sung it. Speaking about Ma Baker: Mitchell and Barrett shared the lead vocals, while Bobby Farrell lip-synched to Frank Farian's voice as Mazie Williams did to the ladies' lines. |
