The truck in the background appears to be a Scholastic Book Fair truck. The Scholastic Corporation is an American publishing company that specializes in books for young readers. They host book fairs at schools across the country to sell books and raise funds for the schools. Scholastic publishes the children's book series Clifford the Big Red Dog, and he serves as a mascot of sorts for the book fair, including appearing on the truck.
