Is it possible at all to tell whether it's Dodge or Plymouth?

By the time this movie came out, it could just as easily have been a Chrysler Town & Country.

The Town & Country was not introduced until late 1989 as a 1990 model, so it cannot be in a movie released in 1988 and likely filmed in 1987. Besides, the T/C had different trim and appearance than this one anyway.

Might as well list as Plymouth since there is no way to know it's not a Dodge.

Also, the Town & Country was only available as an extended length... this one is a short wheelbase. Obviously they didn't have this site in mind when they came up with the idea of badge engineering lol.

Maybe you are referring only to the Town & Country Mini Van, but Town & Country has been a Chrysler model since around 1960 (possibly the late 50's??). It was a station wagon probably up to the late 80's craze (that I will never understand) for Mini Vans, when that's what the Town & Country became.

Of coarse he is referring only to the Town & Country minivan. This IS a page for a minivan. I can assure you that taxiguy is well aware of the history of the Town and Country name usage.

tonkaTRACKER,

The page is for the Mini Van, but taxiguy made it sound like he was referring to the "Town & Country" model-name itself...not necessarily just for Mini Van. That do-ya? ;)
