Caravan? US imports are common in Scandinavia and it doesn't seem to have a repeater on the fender.

Despite the nitpicking, that Norway is not in the EU, it's the question, if the US-lighting-sheme is legal over there. In the EU it isn't.

^^ EU is still Europe, not the European Union. Norway is a part of Europe, but one could say that the vehicle would be made - or adapted - for Norway.

And no, US spec lights weren't legal on import vehicles back then. Side indicators were painted over and side repeaters added, low beams changed to H4.

This one would rather be sold through official dealers, as it's a commercial vehicle. Possibly the cheaper LE 2.0, introduced early 1997 as this smaller engine would benefit from Norwegian taxes. The indicators mentioned in previous comments are there, they are just not clearly visible.

I think I've only spotted one US-spec Dodge Caravan with a Norwegian plate in my life. I have a picture of it on my old cellphone (which I ran over with my bike on Halloween by accident #dontask) - this one's a Voyager, the blurred repeater is just visible behind the front wheelarch, and this is an official Varebil with a mesh-wall and no back seats, and these are, with very few exceptions vehicles sold new in Norway (as tore-40 already said).

On a side-note, I should probably re-do this series in the near future.
