This car is a Brasier Grand Prix race car. I haven't yet worked out just who the driver is and which event. It might be the 1906 French Grand Prix. |

I found it. Leon Thery won the 1904 Gordon Bennett Cup with this Richard-Brasier. The Richard part of the name was dropped after about 1905 and the cars called just Brasier. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Gordon_Bennett_1904.jpg |
