This is 1958 Skoda 450 or early 1959-1961 Felicia (w. hardtop), still with the old grill and taillamps. Edit: By the 2-piece bumper it is a Felicia. There also (rather) should be a lettering on the front wing, and seems it is there, but not very visible due to the light reflection.
