Possibly 1904-1905 Ford Model C

Movie filmed in Canada, and notably:
Wikipedia wrote The Model C was the first vehicle to be built at Ford Motor Company of Canada

and it seems tobe the variante tonneau rather than runabout by some details of engine compartment under the seat.

Even though it's never touched or driven, I'd argue this is two stars as this scene does involve the car as a location.

I don't know if it makes it a location, but it is a car that "Scrooge" reacts to (ie. he walks toward it, clearly looking at it, too, then puts on gloves with the intention to drive away with it), which, now that I think about it, is indeed on my list of [*][*] criteria, so I changed it.
