Only this brand SAZ in this case not from Samarkand, Uzbekistan. This is dump truck factory in Saransk, Mordovia, Russia. |

OK so a different SAZ... Is it really to be considered as a make? Or could it be listed "GAZ-52-02 SAZ-3503" like this one is listed with GZTO after its name? (currently changed to that name) -- Last edit: 2026-06-04 19:41:00 |

There is an MMZ brand on this website. Both SAZ and MMZ are manufacturers of bodywork only, not automobile chassis. And both have separate model indexes from the chassis: for example ZIL-MMZ-555, SAZ-3503. GZTO - they also had their own indexes, but they are less common in movies. But there's probably a rule here: at your discretion. -- Last edit: 2026-06-05 14:16:36 |

Good. GAZ-93 dump trucks were also produced at that plant. And of all modifications. But since 1960. |
