it's a Ford Anglia E494A, it's similar to the Popular model, but it has the wipers on the bottom side of the windshield.

... = 5cwt in UK = 250 Kg (I think) in Europe. Unsure if Fordson name used or something else.

The Fordson has a different stile grille (and the wipers are on the top of the windshield)... The Anglia has a 2 door panel van version

The Fordson 5cwt van was introduced in October 1937, with the same single piece grille as the Ford 8 model 7Y upon which it was based. There was no front bumper. About 13,000 of these vans were produced until October 1939, the vans then remaining visually unchanged until the introduction of the two aperture grille in October 1948. The wipers were fitted above the front windscreen on variants with an opening windscreen, in the scuttle when it was fixed type. The spare wheel was hung on the right hand door, viewed from the back, on export models. The E494C van was discontinued in July 1954, when it was replaced by the 300E van. I cannot find a definitive answer concerning the use of “Fordson” or “Ford”, but can say that it was used on the E83W, the bigger commercials and the tractors.
