Oy vey, what a mess. This thing is barely recognisable as a 37/38 Mopar, but first things first, the lower hinge of the rear door sits higher, meaning it's got a Plymouth body. Now, whether it's an original Plymouth or an export Dodge Six I am not sure. However, the remaining hood panel visible here identifies it as a '38 Plymouth.
