 1980-86 Ford F-Series "Super Cab". Can't make out if Ford emblem is in the grille or not? I assume F-250. Maybe XLT Lariat version?

 Sadly only the half ton and three quarter ton were offeredin that configuration during those years but the wheels are obstructed so F-Series it is.
