1998-1999. I wish the picture was clearer so that I could see what the badge on the trunk lid said. |

It doesn't have a police interceptor badge. It looks like an authentic NYC taxi Crown Vic, so really it could be anywhere from 1998-2005. |

How can you tell, it could be a Police Interceptor badge. Besides, this movie wasn't filmed in New York. |

The badge says "Crown Victoria" and if it said police interceptor wouldn't there be two? And it doesn't matter if it wasn't filmed in New York, it is still a taxi taken from there. You can tell by the orange light on the trunk lid and of course the sign on the roof. |

What do you mean by two? And that doesn't necessarily make it a New York city taxi. What if other companies use them too? Maybe you're right and it is, but it's not proof enough for me. |

Well it really doesn't matter anyway, as it wouldn't change the year or anything either way. And by two I mean one badge for "Crown Victoria" and one for "Police Interceptor". |

Police Interceptors only have one badge. They don't have Crown Victoria badges on them. |
