It's a postwar AEC RT; I've not been able to identify it. However the vehicle seen burning was a Leyland RTL acquired specifically for filming, London Transport RTL1298 (LYR932) |

Looking at some screen captures of side views it appears to be a short RT number including a 3 and had an FXT registration. Best guess is that a post war bus has been given the false identity of the earlier RT113 'FXT 288' a preserved wartime RT. Link to "upload.wikimedia.org" -- Last edit: 2024-12-29 14:47:52 |
