I couldn't trace any three-star Peugeot 204, and I'm sorry for the poor view of the Fairlane, but… is rather a good action flick, with a super-hitman played by Robert Webber, some nice shots of New-York a not-so-clear scenario, a good score (a tad overwhelming) signed Robby Poitevin (plus a cool pop thing Zombies-like in a club) and a flight TWA for sixcyl and IMPDb.org Locations are in New-York then in Paris and suburbs (not Lisbon as strangely told on IMDb, unless I've been grossly mistaken).
