Ddey65 ◊ 2008-09-30 22:23	They started painting the police cars sky blue around 1973, but with a fleet as big as that of the NYPD, you can't expect them to be the same color all at once. This is why you've got a mix of two colors of NYPD vehicles in "Dog Day Afternoon."
