dsl ◊ 2024-08-07 00:05	HRO 1 was the show plate for HR Owen, in the 70s big London RR/Bentley dealer and famous showroom, but had other affiliations, including for a time distribution rights for this Crayford/Panelcraft P6 conversion (which seems to have been a right mess with no-one solidly owning the rights, so lots of disputes). Have got P6 book official picture of a white 3500 Mk2 with black vinyl and HRO 1 plates - but not same car - has external tailgate top hinges, a rear wiper, and doesn't have the S black spokes on the wheel covers. So this is one of the Owen cars but not THE Owen car if such a thing ever existed. Black spokes here and rear badge look as if this one is 3500 S based.
