You know I never noticed, just spent a half hour checking, that the Chevy version was not badged Express in 1996-1997 I know why now. 1996-1997 were originally labeled to be sold as the Chevrolet Chevy Van as the predecessor for the cargo version. The passenger version, from the getgo, was indeed labeled as Express.I know years ago I found the badge change on the brother Savana. Link to "www.gm.com" Link to "www.gm.com" You will noticed in the 1997 information kit that the passenger version is called Express while the cargo version is called Chevy Van. |
