A. Zieliński writes that 2350 etc. were factory codenames. Market name in this particular case was "Komar 3".
Just my guess, that pre-1971 models shoud be rather branded ZZR than Romet?

EDIT: Yes, in old ad another pre-1971 model is described as "ZZR Komar".
